  Lightning fast response to the loose volume knob on my Brio-R, solved at home with a small flat head screwdriver. Which saved me the hassle of unhooking my amp and taking it to my local dealer. Thanks TSO for supporting what you sell!

  I called the Sound Organisation today to get some guidance on my rega record playing system. I was politely greeted and directed to Bryce Allan the sales manager. He is a jolly fellow and a pleasure to talk to. He gave me excellent advice and suggestions to better my LP experience. It was very refreshing to get detailed assistance from a company and speak with a real person who knows his stuff! If you are looking for a record player and top audio gear look no further than The Sound Organisation and rega components. The products are superb, but their service is amazing!

  These folks are incredible. I purchased a receiver from a retail store and they did not have a few accessories in wirh it and they sent the stuff out no questions asked immediately. They also answered all my questions about set up etc. etc. couldn’t have had better or more congenial service.
