  Poor experience overall. Paid $2k for blinds, have to wait another 2 weeks to get them installed. Unhelpful and poor customer experience. No resolution or help whatsoever.

  Professional install, design experts were very professional and so on it for samples orders and measuring and basically very helpful> The entire process was seamless and the shades are amazing - Great quality! Thanks to Zach Thomas and his team for our awesome shades install - they really are perfect for our house.

  Comfy showroom, great service. Variety. Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for = value.
