::One week before 2/14, I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. I paid over $100 for the flowers and delivery. I checked with my wife's office about 11:45 am to check on delivery. They had not been delivered. I called Suchy's and was told they would go out in 30 minutes on the next truck. It is now 3:00 pm. The flowers have NOT been delivered. My wife has now left the office without any flowers. Monday is a holiday so she will not be in the office until Tuesday. I told the office to refuse the delivery and call me with the attempted delivery time. I have now called Suchy's three times and they refuse to pick up the phone. I will demand my money back and re-rate Suchy's depending my success in getting my money back. On Saturday 2/15, Suchy's confirmed that the flowers had in fact not been delivered. They will refund the money spent on the undelivered flowers. A nice young lady asked if there was anything else she could do. I told her that Suchy's could apologize to my wife for their failure to deliver the flowers. She said they would send an arrangement on Tuesday. I told her that the arrangement did not have to be expensive nor fancy. It just needed to be small and inexpensive as an apology to my wife. I also gave her my cell number and asked her to have the owner or manager call me. I have upgraded my rating from one star to two stars awaiting confirmation of the apology and call from the owner or manager.
