  Pessima esperienza... camera piccola vecchio stile con impossibilità di aprire le finestre e forte odore di moquette umido. Nel bagno non c’era ne ventola per aspirazione -non parlare delle dimissioni del bagno... le camere non sono dotate del frigo ma può essere richiesto con una sovrattassa di 25$. Staff non sempre disponibile , e i facchini che pretendono mance “alte” (ci è capitato di non avere moneta piccola , al che avevamo dato 2$ ci siamo sentiti quasi aggrediti per una mancia così bassa)

  I wanted for some time to stay at this historic hotel, but what a disappointment. We were in one of their Grand Suite and it felt like we were back in time 90 years ago when it first opened. The AC is very noisy and still analog, their "kitchen" does not even have forks, knives or plates... The bathroom was the worst. The shower in the bathtub... in a Grand Suite, we do not even have that at home. Felt like my first apartment, terrible. No hot water in the room, but we manage to get "warm enough" water to take our showers. Their "engineer" (sure...) came to our room and told us we needed to let the sink and tub running at full capacity for up to 10 minutes before the water was warm enough. "It's an old hotel" was the explanation. Nice... We had other issues with our car valet service and maid service, I was redirected (by phone) to a voicemail both times. A voicemail... Seriously... That's adding insult to injury. Also, only one of the two voicemail left was returned. I felt like an esteemed client *coughs*. No room service whatsoever, you can't order an overpriced water bottle. Seems they just threw the towel, why bother... On the plus side, we were not sleeping on the street and the room was as clean as could be expected. We will NEVER go back and discourage anyone to go there. There are so many great hotels in New York, at this price range, with amenities of this century. Fun fact: another guest at the hotel, in the elevator, engaged with me only to tell me that he wasn't used to such low-standard. TERRIBLE!

  Double room was small but bed very comfortable. Lacks tea/coffee facilities in room. Room was clean and was attended to everyday. Reception staff answered any questions we had but some of them were not the friendliest. Location to a lot of new York's attractions was perfect. Would be willing to return.

  Хорошее расположение, шаговая доступность до 5-ой авеню, Таймс сквер и театрального квартала. Одиннадцатый этаж, где располагался мой номер, явно нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Очень удобные матрасы. Где можно приобрести такие?)))
