  Very noisy. People talking on their phones children screaming and no one telling people to quiet down

  Pleasant, quiet and a nice environment. A decent, but not extensive collection of books and DVDs for browsing and leisure use (not for research purposes for adults, with a roomy section and selection for children. Also, a nice looking neighborhood exterior fronted by the two Riverdale library lions.
