  The location alone in Key Biscayne makes this a 4 star rating. The hotel is made up of the traditional hotel section and to side wings which were and are condos. I don't think this site is set up well for large groups although when I attended it was part of a large group. The food and the service were all Ritz Carlton standards. Simply put they can't be beat when it comes to hotel service. The hotel could use some updating in some places as parts of it are dated in my opinion.

  I couldn't stop smiling the whole time I was there because the place is so ridiculously kiss-your-butt fancy. I never had to open a door myself to get into the place because there are two people on staff at all times whose job is to just hold the door for everyone who goes in or out. There are separate pools for the adults and children, and they turn down your room not once but twice a day. This place is the kind of fancy you see in old movies. The kind of fancy that "new luxury" tries to cheaply imitate. This is the fancy that aristocrats talk about. This is the kind of place that wives of rich barons choose to live in for months of the year because they've been all over the world and this is their favorite place to relax. This is the goddang Ritz-Carlton, the Ritz-Carlton you saw in Home Alone 2 and thought, "My God, can a place really be that rich?" Only this one's on a tropical island full of fast cars and bikini babes. If you want fancy, this is what you want.

  Veritas had a brunch and silent auction at the Ritz-Carlton on Key Biscayne. All proceeds were to benefit the United Way. There were at least 500 people in attendance and early on it was very difficult to move around to view the silent auction items. However, once you got inside the main room for the live auction items and the brunch there was a lot of Elbow Room and the staff was simply amazing. They made sure that everybody was taken care of at all times and that no glass was left unfilled. The entire setup was gorgeous and the property is amazing. It's probably not the least expensive place to hold an event for your company or your charity, but it will definitely leave a very positive lasting impression.

  I highly recommend this resort. I love the space in the lobby, you can have a normal conversation with someone whith out feeling like someone is listening in, (it happens). There's a pool for the grown folk and a kids pool for the little ones as well. The team rooms have balconies with amazing views. Easy access to the beach as well as wheelchair access everywhere. Very elegant bar with multiple shops in case you want to spend your time enjoying the resort itself. Very nice!

  Sehr zufrieden super Service. Personal top da können sich die deutschen noch was anschauen. Nur zu empfehlen egal ob Familie, Paare oder mit Freunden. Besser geht's kaum. War sxhon viel unterwegs. TOP
