  I called and booked an appointment at 12pm same day. At 11:45 I called and stated I was running 5 minutes late due to unforeseen construction on my street and that I was on the freeway. Jessica was the one that answered the phone and was not understanding at all. She asked what I had scheduled and after stating it was a haircut only she got snippy and told me that the hairstylist who I was booked with (who was also named Jessica - pretty sure it was the same person) had an appointment with an important client that she absolutely had to see on time schedules right after me. Ok, understandable. I assured her I was on my way and would be no more than 5 minutes late. She then proceeded to ask which freeway I was on and tell me that there was no way I was going to make it on time. She then went “Hmmmmmm” for awhile and I told her just to cancel it and I wouldn’t be going in. I didn’t appreciate her tone and how condescending she sounded on the phone. This was supposed to be my first time there and my mom recommended them to me. I will not be booking another appointment simply based on my first impression of their customer service.

  I love this place!!! They know how to do hair!! I won't be going any place other than the red door spa!

  I had a good massage and the whole experience was ok. I just think for the price I'd rather go to a resort and have more amenities like pool access and a spa/sauna room. This experience was comparable to Massage Envy which doesn't mean it was bad, just means it is definitely overpriced.

  Matthew is very sweet and patient and does a great job, I love my hair! Color is beautiful! I love the hot eucalyptus towels around my neck to warm me up and make me feel relaxed. Thank you!
