  I loved how we used so many pieces of equipment and the whole space. The women's facility was very clean and nice and new and towels were provided (a heaven send)!! The workout was structured and kicked my butt. I loved the full body workout!

  I'm an avid cyclist (commuter and distance rides) and I joined the Rebel Workout with the hopes of improving my endurance and recovery time through strength training. For this, I've primarily done the "Rebel" workout but really like the cycling classes as well. In the past I've done Insanity, P90X and strength training on my own at a gym but find I lack discipline without an instructor and group present to achieve noticeable improvements. I've made big improvements in my ability to ride multiple days in a row with little fatigue and I've been setting PR's in early spring (vs. mid-late summer in past years).The workouts are challenging but well balanced and the instructors are great about giving advise on proper form/technique. The only reason i gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 is it would be nice to have classes later than 6:30 but overall, I highly recommend The REBEL Workout!

  I love how comfortable I feel when I’m at REBEL. Everyone that I’ve come across while training with Melissa has been friendly and welcoming. It can be intimidating going to a class or even a personal training session when you don’t have much experience and/or feel really out of shape, but at REBEL your insecurities and worries fall away the minute you walk in. Melissa genuinely cares about you, your progress and your health journey which makes the whole process even more enjoyable!

  Rebel offers a variety of class options and even if you take the same class over and over it is always a different workout. The workouts are the right level of challenging and empowering. The trainers are excellent - very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Rebel to a friend

  The Rebel Workout is a special place. I've been to lots of fitness studios, both in Denver and elsewhere, and I can't remember the last time I saw one where every detail was so well thought out. The space is beautiful and so efficiently used, the equipment is well cared for and organized, the variety of classes is great to keep people (and their bodies) interested, but in my opinion what really sets Rebel apart is their instructors. They're welcoming, knowledgeable, motivating, and authentic.
