  These guys are great. In the Tony-the-Tiger sense! They are skilled, professional, likable, and I have never--over a period of six years--been anything less than totally pleased! They rock!

  So f# rude!!!! Tried to make an appointment and got horrible service just on the phone! !! Imagine getting a haircut there! !!#### no way!!!!!!! Learn some manners sir!!!! You just lost a great customer! !!! Good luck to you! !!!!

  This place is wonderful. I stumbled upon Raw salon while looking for a new place to get my hair done. I apologize to the staff because I never have an appointment, I just pop in and see if anyone is available, but they are so nice and accommodating and I have never had to wait too long. I always leave satisfied with service and the way my hair looks. Raw Salon is the only place I go to now.

  I usually don't write reviews but my experience here was horrible. My appointment was on New Year's Eve for 1pm. I arrived at 12:15 just to be safe and just In case they were able to see me sooner. As I walked in a gentleman was just sitting on his chair, he greeted me and asked if I had an appointment. I let him know my name and that I was early but I was willing to wait. He looked at the time and just by the look on his face you can tell that it bothered him that I was early. He asked me to explain what I wanted done before washing my hair. I asked him to round brush my hair but to give it some style and volume. As he began to "wash" my hair I could already feel he wasn't using enough shampoo and conditioner, granted I have a lot of hair and i asked for a good wash. I was not pleased. So after the "wash" we made our way to the chair. As he was brushing my hair, he was pulling my hair very hard, he would grab my hair like he didn't care to do it. my hair got tangled very bad on the brush and his apology was not sincere at all. The whole time he was brushing my hair, I felt uncomfortable. He touched my hair like he has never dealt with so much hair before. Which was very unprofessional. As he began To blow dry my hair I noticed my hair felt very sticky and looked very dry since he didn't apply any heat protection product. As he finished the left side of my hair I noticed that it looked nothing like asked for. My hair was flat, my ends had no style and it just looked horrible. I asked him why my hair looked this way and he stated that this is what I asked for. I told him that if I wanted this I would've done it at home. He replied " yes, you could've done this on your own" very rude. I asked him why he didn't style my hair and he said I never asked for that. His co worker then comes and tries to explain that there is nothing they can do with my ends because they are damage? I informed him that my ends have nothing to do with him styling my hair. I've had my hair round brush many times and it is possible to style with just the brush and blow dryer. The two stylist then began to say that it is not possible and it's only done with a iron. (I was very surprise to here this, especially coming from a "stylist") The stylist then began to wrap just a chunk of my hair around the brush and applied the blow dryer like he literally didn't know what to do. I was so upset. He then pulls out the iron and once again just grabs a chunk of my hair and tries to curly it. The way he was grabbing my hair was not professional at all and I felt very disrespected and asked him to not touch my hair. I called him out and told him that I knew from the start that he did not want to do my hair. He didn't say anything. After all that I walked out without paying him, my hair felt disgusting, and I felt embarrassed for myself. the customer service was horrible and the stylist had no idea what he was doing. i would never recommend this place to anyone!

  I used to have my own stylist friend in town. I did not trust anyone else with my hair. Then my friend moved. I got bad haircut after bad haircut until I found The Raw Salon. The hairstylists here, especially Terre Steed, are professional, friendly and talented. I have never looked better, except when I used to have more hair. I never go anywhere else.
