  I recently purchased my second puppy here. Love the staff, very knowledgeable and caring. They remembered me and the first puppy I bought!! It's great to walk into a pet store that is clean, puppies are healthy and taken care of. these negative comments are probably from people who shouldn't even own an animal.

  Absolutely love this pet store. It is run so well. I bought a puppy here not to long ago and the employees were awesome! They explain all the paper work very thoroughly after I bought it!!! they gave me papers of all the up to date shots, and the medical sheet showing the vet comes every week to check on them! Could not be any more happy with my experience!!!!

  After reading the comments below i changed my mind with buying a PomChi i just saw at the store a few hours ago. I refuse to pay 1.8K for a dog that can easily be purchased for under 1K and especially if I’m taking a risk of it being sick on me after dropping 1.8K. Nopes !

  Where do I begin? I adopted a German shepherd puppy 2 weeks ago. They tell you to bring the puppy within 3 days to their vet. This will ensure your warranty for a year. Of course, the vet was booked and could not accommodate. I brought the puppy to my veterinarian. So far my overpriced puppy is really tallying up some bills. He had an ear infection. Had to purchase meds to treat that. Ok maybe not too uncommon. Next day, I find out he has a parasitic infection often called Gerardi. Not only is this infectious to other dogs but humans as well. I specifically asked if there were new owners due to the bad reputation of the previous pet store. Apparently, all they did was change the name. Shut this place down. The amount of people that go in there just to play with the pups is sad. Rescue from a shelter!!! First time I broke my own rule.

  Not sure what these complaints are about. We bought our beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy (who came from a top-rated breeder in Minnesota) from this pet store. We were relieved that our new pet did not come form a puppy mill. The young saleswomen couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. In addition, it was clear that they were animal lovers. Our puppy boy is in perfect health and we couldn't be happier. Part of the reason why we bought from this pet store is because on the day we were looking at our puppy, we met a woman and her daughter who had purchased 2 puppies from this store over the years and they said they couldn't have been happier with their decision.
