::We have been with Dr. Heartsill since she was at Downtown Animal Hospitals. We absolutely love her and the care that she provides to our furry family members. Now that they are at their new location, we have had the opportunity to have Dr. Courtney care for our pets, as well. She loves our cats and knows their temperament well. All of the staff knows our orange tabby Chandler by name and are happy to see him when he comes. Our other cat, Hermes, is loved by all there, despite his label of "aggressive patient." :) Our dogs are also well loved! Overall, we love the Pet Hospitals Downtown and recommend them to all of our friends!

::My experience with the staff has always been exceptional. Fraser my mixed. Read rescue dog was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer with only a few weeks to live. The staff was so caring in the treatment of Fraser and when the time came. They cried right along with me and showed so much respect for both is us. This pet clinic is the best one I have ever been too.
