  I have been a customer of this shop for a very long time and it bothers me to leave this information on here but I feel the need to warn others. Do NOT shop here. The flower designers are some of the least skilled in the industry, particularly, Fern. She is not only green, she is hateful. I witnessed Fern talking down to a customer because the customer could not articulate what she wanted. I was able to step in and help the lady but felt badly that this employee attempted to embarrass this customer. I wanted to speak to the manager but there wasn't anyone in-house that day. Too bad. I think they lost two good customers that day. I can tell you they definitely lost me.

  I have left two messages for the owner to call me back regarding how I was treated by an employee at this shop. Why on earth would a business owner allow such a liability work for them? It is not like she is talented at all! It was like "Fern" (if that is her real name) went out of her way to mistreat me! I simply asked for one change to the hand tied bouquet and she went off on me. This employee is a piece of work and seems to have personal issues but takes her anger out on everyone around her!!! I will NEVER visit this store again and I will tell all my friends the same. Shame on the owner for not addressing this issue!! And no, "Fern" I wasn't asking for a refund like you suggested! Signed, Disappointed in Denver

  You could get lost in all the great gifts they have in this store. From plants, to books, to jewelry to perfume and SO much more. It’s so thoughtfully curated and you can tell the owners really think about the customers in the products they carry.

  Amazing selection of flowers, always fresh and long lasting. Talk to the florist on duty, and you will have a beautiful bouquet. I like to take walk around the shop and look at all the unique wares, from books to candles and greeting cards, while I while for my flower arrangement. The only place I ever go for flowers. More on the expensive side, but worth every penny. Been going here for years
