::I have to agree with above review. Since this store is within a few minutes from my condo it is easier than driving to Stoneham. After each experience going to my car I remind myself Stoneham sales force is much more helpful. I go in at least once a week. My usual purchase is between 50 and 90 dollars. I am only allowed to use paper coupons as no one will ever look up my membership. And if you ask for help you are typically told the item is not there you have to go to Stoneham. Well good bye Medfor.

::Seriously, every time I go here I have some sort of customer service issue, and when I call corporate about it they don't seem bothered. I live about a mile away and I absolutely go out of my way to avoid this place. Horrible. They need staff members who are happy to be there and don't treat their customers like an inconvenience.
