Beautiful hotel. Absolutely loved my room. Big windows, comfy bed, beautiful details. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A really nice place. Room a bit small. Would not want to stay here with kids but great for a couple to get away. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Great shower. Everything is very clean. Valet parking is mandatory but this makes arrival very simple. Hotel’s bar is very nice. Downtown Bakersfield is pleasantly clean and quiet.

This is a newly renovated, historic hotel. Probably the best location for visitors who deal with banks, attorneys, bar hopping, and concerts and conventions. Pricey for BAKERSFIELD, but they have really made the interior very modern. They have two lounges. One on the lobby floor and one up on the tenth floor that is outdoors with a great view of downtown Bako. Lately they have been having live entertainment like dueling piano bars. Very clean, spacious rooms, however I chose a medium priced corner room. Hotel is non smoking. I would have given it a 5 star except, as with most downtown areas, there are a few transients. The doormen and staff make sure to keep them away though. I’d stay again. And, I live here! Fun stuff to do all around this location at night and all within walking distance.

I can't say enough about the hotel! First class all the way. Love the decor but the staff make it a pleasure! So friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfy! The only strange thing was the window into the shower from the bedroom. Not sure all rooms have this. We will stay here next time were in town! ❀❀❀❀❀

I would say easily the best hotel that Bakersfield has to offer. All the food was top-notch. And I actually found this bottle of $300 Booker's Rye on the Shelf sitting next to all the other Bourbons for 14 a shot which was kind of nice. I'm pretty sure that someone didn't know what they had. Anyways, the bedding was nice. A foam mattress if I'm not mistaken. The location is also ideal as it is Central to most things downtown.
