  This studio is pretty with a lot of natural light in the yoga and front Pilates reformer room. Great instructors and classes with a nice variety to pick from at any time during the day. Classes are moderately challenging and the teachers give great tips for proper alignment to avoid injury while working out to their latest playlist. The package options are competitive prices for the area and you can drive the cost down to ~$17 per yoga class. Still think the prices are obnoxious so took off a star.

  I adore this place. Gillian, Libby, and all the other teachers are fabulous, each with a unique style that allows for one to find what works for them

  I was a drop in and they made it easy. Loved the 6:30 am class. Great teacher. Wonderful flows. A great way to start the day. Would definitely recommend.

  The Pad is absolutely one of the best studios in SF. Every single teacher I have taken classes with has got their own style, but is keen on making sure each student learns from the experience, continues to get better at their practice, but also has fun. The studio itself has incredible energy, too. I would recommend this to any student, new through advanced.
