::Great work. Beautiful personality. The vibe is so positive I am going to have my birthday party there.

::My issues: 1) Poor communication. Henna artist does not answer the phone. Voicemail says to send a text message. Any response through text message takes days. 2) Confusing pricing structure. Fees start $15 - $45 then jump to $130 for a simple, short, spaced out pattern. What is the $15 starting price for? A plain circle drawn on the palm of my hand? Note: I left two stars since I believe the henna artist definitely does beautiful designs, however she should probably have someone else run the business side of things.

::I love, love, love coming for to Soniya for my annual henna artwork. I wish we lived closer, so I could come more often. I can't say enough about how lovely she and her shop are. Regarding the bad reviews on here, I've never had anything but wonderful customer service, so I'm sure it was a fluke or miscommunication. In fact, she's always gone above and beyond for me and my kids. We will be back every year.

::This company is ran more like a hobby than a business. The owner asks for potential clients to text or call but when you do it is like pulling teeth to get a response. The individual has no set hours and when you drop by more than likely they are not there. I inquired about purchasing powder henna and getting a pregnancy henna tattoo for myself. She responded once after my second text to her to state she only had cones and what time she would be in that day. I replied that I needed the powder form, when will she restock it and how much. She never answered me about that nor about the pregnancy henna tattoo. Nevertheless, I will not chase down anyone to give them my business and that is how this felt. I will give my business elsewhere. Her work is beautiful but the business etiquette is lacking.
