  Very nice stay. Staff was very responsive and friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is great!

  I appreciated the hotel cleanliness and room comfort. I however felt the light-honey birch wood furniture paired with the flower details throughout made the place feel like a hospital.

  I booked this through an offer on Hotwire for 4 stars and above hotel in Union Square district. The beds are comfy, room size is good, and has all the amenities one needs. What I didn't like was the very loud doors that woke me up when people came in and out. I also found at least in my room 303 the lowest volume on the tv was very loud. They do have a great shoe shine around the corner from lobby you should try out.

  My new preferred choice for San Francisco/Union Square area. Stayed in a few hotels nearby, this is by far best to my liking. I prefer modern, elegant hotels. This one is all of that plus takes care for the environment (‚Green hotel‘). Room was spacious and clean and well equipped. Location is very good, a lot of attractions nearby. Free WiFi, a free bottle of water for welcome and some sweets - small things which can make a difference. And all for a very reasonable price despite holiday season.
