  Good but, service is some what lacking. Just as other post have pointed out. Our server was very nice and attentive, when she was there. which was rarely. It seemed to us that the place was too spread out to be efficient and there weren't enough servers. Also other servers would ignore our party all together. Otherwise the food was good.

  Well the reason I gave it a 3 was the food was good of course but the service was terrible . We had to get up and and get our own water she never came to ask us if we wanted refills on our drinks. In fact my son-in-law poured our water and another gentleman asked could he give them some water too. In fact they even joked my son-in-law said when they left thank you you come on back now and the guy said yeah you too and they laughed. Then we wanted boxes for the food take home we ended up getting up and getting those ourselves to. It was very frustrating that our waitress was not taking care of us like she should have. And what was even more frustrating was other waiters and waitresses seen us doing that and never even offered to do it for us. In fact when my son-in-law did the water that tables waitress was right there and she never said I'm sorry cir let me grab that water nothing. Was not happy with the service. This was the one down town

  This was an amazing birthday experience. I had not been here since I was a little boy. The lasagna was truly fantastic. The combination of both beef and sausage was truly a nice touch. The cheesy garlic bread was a wonderful and mouthwatering appetizer. The Italian cream soda was lacking at $5 a glass. You did get to keep the cup however, I would have much preferred a refill. Overall the service could have been less pushy and rushed but, was not majorly lacking in any certain department.

  The Old Spaghetti Factory offers a blast from the past, with it's decor, and an exquisite Italian menu. All the service we received was fantastic! Everyone was polite and respectful. With every meal ordered, every customer receives a free scoop of ice cream from the selection of two delicious flavors. Parking is surprisingly easy with a parking garage right across the street from the restaurant. The garage is only $5 after 5pm, so be sure to enjoy your italian dinner in the evening for easy parking.

  This is where my husband and I almost always take out-of-town company. Awesome food and amazing ambiance. Today's visit was a complete let down. Usually the service is at least good, not today. We waited almost 10 minutes before a server came to get a drink request, so we ordered everything with the drinks. 23 minutes later we were finally served drinks, bread came shortly after, then the salads. 20 minutes later we finally got food. I could understand if the place was packed, but the only customers in sight were in the trolley and 1 table beside the trolley. I will return because this is not normally the case, and the food is really good. No explanation for today's visit.
