Our anniversary trip was full of surprises and the unexpected suite upgrade was one of the best parts. The upper floors facing east provide an amazing view of the Empire State Building, Chrysler Bldg. and Times Square. So close we could see the flashes of cameras on the observation floor of the ESB! Bathrooms are a little small but the art deco flair makes you feel transported to the 1920s. The staff here is very caring and professional. I thought it would be an ordinary trip to the city, and this hotel and their staff made it instead our best visit ever.

Definitely not worth the money. The only good thing about this hotel was the friendly staff and the clean rooms. For what we paid, our rook was tiny. Big enough for a full bed (even though we booked a queen) with about a foot between the edge and the wall, and a tiny desk with about a foot between the bed and the chair. The bathroom was so tiny if you sat on the toilet your legs sat against the door. No bathroom nor bedroom storage, not even a cabinet. The shower rotated between burning your skin and freezing it even when you didn't touch the faucet. Our first morning there, we woke up to the lovely sound of our neighbor's morning *ahem* because the walls were so thin. The only thing that saved this trip was the friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Not luxurious but very comfortable and cosy. Fantastic location. Staff friendly and welcoming. Yes it's true that the hotel could do with a little refreshing, and our bathroom is the teeniest one I've ever seen, but this hasn't detracted from our stay and we would happily stay here again.

The hotel was perfectly located. A quick walk to Times Square and other points of interest. We went for my friend's birthday and had a blast. Miguel at the front desk was very accommodating and receptive to questions. Valet was attentive and prompt. I would stay here again.
