  Everytome i go they was pleasant to myself and my granddaughter. I never had to wait to get on the computer. When i ask for assistance it was never a problem.

  Horrible!!!! Not only they dont have a drop off box ..late fees are horrible the staff has this way about them like they dont wanna be there.. if ur gonna charge late fees to the roof for a day all that money should go to a drop off box wont ever go there again!!!
