  I feel like I was entirely scammed by the Nature Shop. The flowers that arrived upon delivery were not even close to what I purchased. Thank goodness the person who received the flowers sent me a picture, I ordered the “In Love with Lime” bouquet and purchased the “premium bouquet” for extra flowers. In my order, I requested “no substitutes”. The delivery that arrived had tie-dye...I REPEAT TIE-DYE roses in it...which was definitely not included in the description. The delivery request was for Monday. The flowers arrived today.. Saturday? Two days early. If they were overwhelming gorgeous I don’t think I’d have an issue with it.. but they looked like GAS STATION flowers. I can’t even comprehend how an order gets this messed up. If you can’t fulfill an order, decline it and send the person their money back. OR call the customer. Don’t fulfill an order with all substitute flowers. Avoid this florist at all costs.

  After nearly forgetting my anniversary, The Nature Shop bailed me out of a jam. They delivered to my wife's office promptly and she went on about how beautiful the arrangement was. Appearently, send ing them to her office was a good move. When the florist shows up in an office full of women, all commerce ceases until they find out who's getting flowers at work. As far as price being competitive, well I don't buy flowers, so they had the opportunity to put the whammy on me and I'd have never known the difference. But I'm guessing they were fair in their pricing. The bottom line is they got the job done when I needed them. Guys, take heed.

  AMAZING!!! I have used this Shop for many years and found them to be very professional and helpful in selections. They try to work within my budget and have always delivered absolutely beautiful arrangements! I would highly recommend this florist to anyone who wants top quality work with friendly service.

  What I do love here is the uniqueness of flower arrangements they always done everyday and for each every occasions. The owner are all friendly and they give us tips on how to take cake of the bouquet. Next month I'll be going to propose to my long time girl friend and Nature Shop is the only one I'm thinking of to do my flower arrangement to my girl friend.
