This is the worest nail bar I have ever dealed with. I went to this spa more than one time. Every time, the ladies are very rush to finish your service. The service is very poor. In Memorial Day, the center was very busy. But I was in need to get my service done as I am traveling soon. The charge was $113 for me and for my daughter. In comparison with other nail bars in Atlanta? This is very expensive. I will never go to this location again . NO, I do not recommend that location.

Until I hear they’ve actually learned something about customer service, I won’t be going back. You don’t take two walk ins and then make one wait until the other is just about done before starting to serve them. When I first went about a year and a half ago, they were pretty good, did a good job and my pedicure lasted quite a while. When I went over the summer, the quality of job they did had gone down a bit, but I appreciate how they do a good job cleaning the tools between clients, so I went back a few more times. At Christmas, my nails didn’t last anywhere near where it used to. Then I walked in with a friend and they proceeded to seat us right away. Almost immediately someone was over and began my friend’s pedicure. I figured someone would be over to start on me soon, they had put (lukewarm) water in the basin for me to soak my feet in, thinking surely they would be along soon. So I waited, and waited, and waited. I was done. It was clear that I wouldn’t be taken care of before my friend was done, so I took my feet out of the water and started to dry them. It was only then that someone appeared to start taking care of me. I quickly told her no, I had sat there with my feet in what had now become cold water for about 30 minutes. They had taken too long. She runs and gets another woman (I think a manager or owner). As I am standing up, trying to get out of the space between chairs, she stands there, blocking me in. She started speaking, too quickly for me to understand. I told her NO, I was leaving and had to just about walk into her to get her to move out of my way so I could leave before I verbally blew up at them. After I left to wait outside, my friend was handed an envelope for me when she was paying. I assumed this was them attempting to apologize. It was for 1/3 the cost of a pedicure. If they really cared about not losing someone who came in on a semi-regular basis (about once every 8 weeks) they would have done more. My friend was also told they have seen what happened with us happen numerous times.

Really hit and miss. Sometimes it’s fine, and sometimes, like today, it’s bad. Came for a walk-in, was told to sit and it would be a few minutes. Twenty minutes later I was about to leave—it’s fine to wait on a walk-in, but would have been nice to just be told they’re overbooked—and they must have sensed it, because a manicurist came over and took off my polish and put some gel and really hot mitts on me. Then she disappeared for another 20 minutes to work on two other people once I was entrapped and felt like I couldn’t leave! 😂 it was also just a quick and bad mani, my nails are splotchy and I’m bleeding under one nail from a tool stab. I think I’m done with this place—it’s worth a few more bucks to go somewhere that doesn’t elevate your blood pressure.

I visited this place for the first time earlier this week. The experience was fine. Everyone was nice, but it’s barely been 6 days and my GEL nails are chipping and peeling. This has never happened when I’ve gone to other places. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
