  Super Friendly Staff,but very unorganized & unprofessional.Dont seem to know​ what they're doing and cannot understand refill instructions or even have medication ready when due for refill.i only received 1 phone call since being with them to pick up meds .You have to call them and tell them to fill prescription that's​ due and when you call to check the status they don't seem to know about your prescription and have even seemed confused about what your inquiring about,then tell you they'll get back to you and you end up having to call them a day or two later and they still won't have it ready. Also when I signed up with them I was asked if I wanted to authorize someone to pick up my meds but when it came time to pick them up,my caregiver wasn't allowed to get them for me because nobody is allowed to pick up controlled substances except the patient😫!!As of today I'm transferring back to my old pharmacy across town! I do hope they get their act together because the people in the Tower district need a pharmacy close to them ,especially those whom are bedridden or have difficulty walking and getting around!!

  I am so very to happyu to have this pharmacy. they deliver and I don't have to call in for refills, they send them out when it time for a refill..The staff is great too.
