  Best customer service I ever received in he Dallas area. I have yet to find a restaurant that will top this place. Great place for a romantic date and are even kid friendly! Last time I took my 2 year old which we all know they can get a little out of control. The staff was able to accommodate us and they even gave my daughter a stuff animal!

  Decadent food and fantastic service. The prepare a great holiday menu with unique flavors that are exquisite and take you to a whole new world of flavors and experience.

  **Update with reduction to 3 stars**...when paying our credit card was declined. We gave the staff our check card to take care of the bill. The next day we found out our card was declined because it was run 4 times, but the charges went through anyway. We weren't presented with a receipt. Our check card was then charged TWICE. When we called the next day and asked that the discrepancy be fixed, we where told that the manger was TOO BUSY TO DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE and it would be 48 hours before someone could help is. When we suggested this service issue would go in our review, staff LAUGHED. We never got an apology. No one ever called us. Charges were reversed....a week later. Too bad this POOR CUSTOMER CARE ruined an otherwise good experience. We will not return. **Original review**...Accommodating and caring staff made a special occasion even more so. Try the pork jowl...it's the best pork dish I've had in DFW. Beautifully presented deserts taste as good as they look!

  The Mansion is, as usual, a magical venue for the most important occasions of your life. We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary there on Sunday and the entire experience was exquisite. The Mansion is clearly a Dallas treasure and we will return many times in the future!
