  Great hotel within walking distance of many main attractions in midtown and easy to walk to Grand Central to take any train needed. Room was clean and good size for the area. Would stay here again.

  Great location, in the mids of everything. However experience with the staff was 'disappointing' to say the least. Could not believe they survive in hospitality industry with their ' Take it or leave it- I do not want to assist you' approach.' If it was just one person I would not take the time to write the review. The extra ordinary service I asked for was to pay for the room in advance- at the day of check in- as it was a gift. It was a challenge to pass all the no's I heard and complete the payment.

  Great hotel with friendly staff! Room was good size and very clean. The location could not have been better, within walking distance to everything! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

  Friendly staff but when we checked in, we went to the room and five minutes later another guest used a key card to enter into our room...we were all equally confused because the employee just assigned us the room and did the same for the next guest. It was fine in the end. The rooms show a bit of age, but the hardwood floor is nice. The bathroom "door" didn't fully shut. Also, the radiator is right below the window AC unit and was blowing the hottest air imaginable. Overall, a nice hotel, if you are okay with mediocre.
