  I had a large portrait that needed to be carefully packed and shipped. I went into store to inquire. Chad told me to just pull up to curb and he would get it out and package it and would call when it was finished. I went back the next day and paid. It was so easy and friendly. Very best service and they ship by all carriers.

  The individuals who work here are amazing! Very friendly and super accommodating! I would come here anytime that I need to rent a Penske truck or ship out packages!

  I will GLADLY drive across town or out of my way to ship things from here. They do what they can to help keep the customer's shipping costs low and always pack my items carefully and secure.

  Very poor service. I would never recommend this pace to my worse enemy. The old man was very rude. All I needed was stamps and a envolope. Ive received better service at McDonald's during a lunch rush. I'd rate zero if I could. And I'll take my money somewhere else instead.

  Len was faced recently with the task of picking up a huge number of pieces of antique glassware from an auction house, bringing it all safely back to her facility and then packing it for, in my case, travel via FEDEX to Oregon. All 90 pieces arrived intact. Great job Len, and a big thanks from the Great Northwest.
