  Family-owned and run local business. Excellent service and great team. They call when I have an overnight package delivered. Shipping is so expensive from Alaska, they do their best to recommend less expensive alternatives. Especially enjoy the office mascot Willow when she is there.

  Friendly and Fast place to mail your packages. . The Staff is Always Cheerful and Happy to help... Great Place to go to for your mailing needs... They have Mailbox Rentals Also..

  Great place , the drive through & only one in Anchorage Alaska is a must have come the holidays, however wish the hours were later in the evening as most of us do not get off work until six pm....This is a family business that I highly recommend...professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Been going to The Mail Cache for over 20 years ....

  Very friendly and helpful. I have used them before for amazon returns. Today I shipped out some caribou and salmon and the ladies at the front counter helped me through the entire process and it was a lot cheaper than I thought. Thank you for everything!!

  As a small business operator who has to go to the post office daily, I am the biggest fan of the Mail Cache ever. I suppose if I got paid by the hour, than the USPS would be the way to go, in order to catch up on all my e-mail, or write a novel...However, my time is money, and to be able to walk right in and pick up or mail packages with minimal waiting is truly a delight. The staff is always friendly, personable and willing to help with all my business needs. I like that it is a small family run business and they know me personally. I highly recommend The Mail Cache to anyone wishing to avoid the gridlock of the post office. They even have a drivethru!!
