  My family has been using The Maids for over 10 years. They have always been kind and courteous. If there is something that was missed or an issue they correct it. (after all no one is perfect). They do a thorough job and my house has that great clean smell when they leave.

  Excellent and courteous service. Always on time and always a great job! I highly recommend "The Maids". Its been just about a year since I started using The Maids and the service from the them continues to be excellent!

  I have been using The Maids for many years to clean my home. Overall, I would rate them 4 stars. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely bad. The Maids had previously agreed to always be out of my house by 3:00 pm and I verified that with them when I rescheduled this cleaning date. The Maids had called yesterday to say the team would be arriving between 11:30 and 1:30, which meant that they would definitely be out by 3 pm since the cleaning takes approximately 1 hour. Normally, they arrive within the scheduled timeframe. When they had not arrived by 1:30 pm today, I called the office and was told they would be here at 2:30. They did not arrive until 3:10 pm. At this point, I have other family members home and their presence was not only inconvenient, but also disruptive. Worst of all, there was NO communication from The Maids about what was going on!!! I had to call them at 1:30 when they had not shown up and I was told they'd be here at 2:30, which did not happen. I felt that I was being treated very badly. As a long-term customer, I expect more. I don't know if there is anything The Maids can do to make up for this, but I certainly hope they make an effort to do so.

  Absolutely love, love,love these Maids!!! Always on time, no glitches, always accommodating, made my house sparkle for Christmas this past year. They come every month now!....Been a customer for over 10 years and this hard to please Jersey Girl is so glad to give this A+++ Review for a job (Jobs) well deserved!! Kudos!!!.   The Maids are fantastic. I have used them for almost eight years in two different homes. They show up when scheduled, get right to work, finish within an hour (bigger houses take a bit longer) and always make sure you are happy with their work. When I moved, I had them clean the new house before I moved in, and the old house after I moved out. Both were spotless -- including inside the refrigerators, ovens and cabinets. The team members are personable and friendly. And my three year old granddaughter loves them.
