Toilets are filthy. Lounge is scruffy with stained chairs and general dirtyness. No milk available for tea and coffee only flavoured coffee mate. Not very well organised seating and lack of power points or USB ports.

I regularly go to this lounge (only because I usually fly Jetblue), and this lounge is always terrible. The food is sub-par, the drinks are weak and tiny, the beer selection is poor, the front desk staff are always rude. Lately, there is always a waitlist for Priority Pass members. I argued my way in one time, and the lounge was not busy at all. This place is hardly worth the price (free). Definitely would not pay for it.

Access denied with Priority Pass when the lounge was visibly not full, with a silly "waiting list" that wasn't getting cleared even as groups of people were exiting the lounge. They wouldn't even let me in for 5 minutes when I mentioned my flight was boarding soon. The staff was the rudest of any lounge I've ever been to. Also, the outlets in the entrance area don't work. Ignore Chris's detailed but incorrect comment about different Priority Pass cards having different access. The PP cards are indeed different in terms of access (Amex Platinum's being weaker than Sapphire Reserve's in that CSR's offers unlimited guests), however when the lounge doesn't accept PP, they don't discriminate between the varieties. They will reject you the moment they see you're trying to enter with PP - only admitting those with a premium boarding pass for one of their partner airlines. It won't matter which credit card issued your Priority Pass. It's not easy to be the worst lounge at BOS, as there's so much competition from other mediocre lounges, however this lounge holds the title with pride.

Mice. Yes, mice. Not enough outlets that are unlocked or powered. Only warm food is soup. Air conditioner is strong over areas where outlets are working. Chairs are comfortable. Two chairs in the corner with ottoman to put up your feet if your worried about swelling. Tiny tables so expect to spill your drink on your laptop (it happened to the guy sitting next to me).

Lounge is very disappointing. Minimal food offering (basically yogurt, cereal, bagels) and drinks are limited to 3 a person. I got in fine with my Priority Pass card. Lounge was not well maintained or clean though. Many of the silverware appeared dirty and the containers that housed it all looked filthy. No lounge WiFi, relies on Logan’s own WiFi system. I’d certainly never pay to enter
