  They only take the $10 off of dinner not lunch. Cost $18 for 4 pieces of shrimp. And it was not good. Even ordered water and it was tap water. What a waste. The view was great but by the time 3 of us went up and shared a 4 piece shrimp it was $50. So not with the money.

  This place is absolute trash! Service was horrific and no one seemed to care at all. We were sat at a dirty table and the hostess said someone would be right over to clean our table. Ten minutes later our waitress came (along with her attitude) and started cleaning the table next to us that no one was sat at. She asked us what we wanted to drink, but never came back with what we asked for. So we decided to move to the bar where only one other person was sat. The bartender walked by us several times. We called to him but he never even acknowledged we were there. After another ten minutes we decided to leave. It was an embarrassing excuse for a restaurant, and all the workers belong in the garbage disposal business. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day with this place. Don't even waste your money going up the elevator.

  Paid $20 for 2 of us, not deducted from bill as reported. Horrible service,sat forever before bartender finally came over. Got drinks and waited again to order,even though staff standing around and talking to certain customers. After receiving food,not prepared as on the menu. When questioned ,stated bacon not on item ordered,and said nothing when I pointed out items on menu . Lousy food and service.Staff not interested in customers. Threw check on table and said nothing. Waited to pay bill and again was ignored. Don't waste your time at this incompetent place. Many decent places with avtu good food nearby.

  The view is great and the server was friendly. However the service was not good. we ordered oysters and a burger, we waited a while talking, and about 20 minutes later they announced that they were out of oysters. Which is fine, things happen. We then ordered shrimp instead. The GM stopped by and apologized. After 20 min wait they finally delivered our food. The shrimp was great but the burger was well done and not medium like ordered. With the messup on the order I am surprised that there was not a discount or an offer of sorts to make up for the the time spent waiting for the server. Disappointed overall

  Amazing views, disappointing food and service. There is no better view of Downtown Memphis than from The Lookout at the top of Pyramid. The open air balconies are exhilarating. However the food inside the restaurant is firmly on the ground floor. It took forever for our server to get to our table and even longer for the door to arrive. The longest wait of all was for the check. I've talked to several other people who have eaten there and they were also unimpressed with the food.
