  Showed up for my appointment and nobody was there. NOBODY. Waited for 50 minutes, still nobody there. They were supposed to have opened 2 hours prior. Save yourself time and energy and go somewhere else. UPDATE: they called me an hour late apologizing saying someone called out and the woman on the phone was super nice which makes me feel a little better. However, the fact that they don't have a better mechanism in place to deal with that scenario makes going to this place a bit of a risk.

  All of my 4 visits to the Little Clinic were positive experiences. It sure beats waiting for an doctors office appointment! Affordable, convenient and fully equippt with tests needed to diagnose a variety of illnesses. The nurse practitioners are knowledgeable and courteous. The check-in staff is professional and kind AND the pharmacy is right next door! Make sure to make an appointment ahead of time on their site to avoid waiting. Walk-ins are welcome too.

  The staff is always efficient and personable. For best service add your name to the wait list before going so you don't have to wait long when you arrive. Love the convenience.

  I have been to this clinic before with Great Service. CANNOT say the same for this visit. I started with the save your place option on the computer. At 9:01 and it set me up for 10:01. Arrived at 9:50 to sign in. My name was on there as signed in position 4. I tried to put in the confirmation and brought a picture of it as well. The computer would not except the number. I kept going back up to computer and watched my name move up the board. Last time I looked I was in position 2 Johnnette Thompson came out from a room and I followed her to the sign in desk. I asked her about my position and she said my name was not on the board. Tired to show my confirmation number and she refused to look at and told me "What am I suppose to do with that?" I told her that I had done save your place and she said"To bad" you have to start over. Called corporate and they called Johnetta and she proceeded to tell LIE TO them saying I did not have a confirmation number to show her. They had me on hold during the call. The corporate office could not really do much but did offer 200 points on my Kroger card and the Lady was Very nice and understanding. I left and went to another clinic.

  Went in for kid's sports physical. Nice folks and the price is right ($29), but a very long wait especially considering we were only ones in line. Would have appreciated a heads up on the time factor but will probably come again.
