  I took my daughter to TLC on Richmond Rd because her Dr couldn't see her for a week. When we arrived the clinic was full and the lady at the front told us our wait wait time, took our insurance and registered us and told us we didn't have to sit in waiting area. If we wanted to leave and come back at 2:15 when they got back from lunch they would be happy to see us then. We arrived a little early and the nurse took us straight back and did a flu and strep test and we were ready for the practitioner when she arrived. The entire staff were very caring and professional and we will definitely be back.

  I came in for flu-like symptoms and saw that I was #6 on the list to go back. An hour and a half later, the two NP's had seen three people between them. I wasn't going to sit in a waiting room with the flu for hours on end. I left without being seen.

  Just like Emergency Room you will sit here for hrs before being seen even when no one's in the waiting room

  They are very helpful and willing to do a blood pressure check any time I need it.

  Little clinic closes at 4:30pm, I walked in with my daughter at 3:30pm and signed in. We were there due to strep throat symptoms. We signed in and waited for about 15-20 minutes, before one of the Rn's came and got another employee out of one of the rooms where she appeared to be on the phone. When she came out she told me that my daughter couldn't be seen because they were booked up and they close at 4:30pm because it was Sunday. That the machine shouldn't have let me sign in because they were already booked. Well guess what? It let me sign in, and we were still turned away. I consider this BS. Now to figure out where else to take my sick daughter. If my Doctors office would've been open, I would've taken her there. This happened at the Richmond rd. Location.
