  Went in at 6.30pm they where closed on Thursday night Go to one in Bellevue and this lady said they didn't have no nurse there . Then why are you there ? Lol 😂 making that easy money playing on the phone take them to the bank just cause nurse calls in your bills stilled need to be pay.

  This is the worst experience I have had for a clinic! The prescription was not submitted through the system while I was there as the nurse practitioner stated. As I found out only after going to the pharmacy, and was told to come back the following day to pick up the prescription. Next day -- STILL NO PRESCRIPTION CROSSED OVER. I called and spoke to Scott in the Little Clinic -- he advised he is to busy with people standing in line to help me. WORST SERVICE EVER!

  Appointment made a week ago STILL sitting in waiting room AS I WRITE THIS for over an hour. Patient after patient that did NOT have appointment went ahead of us. Front desk receptionist said not enough staff.

  just get ready to wait. I waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time. it was like being in Jail, but less reading materials. the girl in front of me also waited almost 2 hours past their appointment time and it was all because they only had one doctor on staff, and nobody working the front desk at all. I will take my business elsewhere from now on and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same.

  One of the worst doctors experiences of my life, I go in and no one is working the front desk so you had to log in using there computer which is generally fine, but the computer at this location is basically broken and the touchscreen barely works, next the wait.....oh my goodness the wait. we were there for so long eventually everyone in the waiting room began talking I come to find out the person in front of me had been there on time for her appointment at 5:20 to wait an HOUR AND 20 minutes past her appointment time. needless to say since my appointment was at 5:40 I was also waiting about an hour and a half. next the one single doctor on staff comes out and skips me, I explain that I had an appointment and logged in with their terrible computer, she finally finds my appointment and come to find out I cant even go in to see the doctor because they are literally the only place of gods green earth to NEED a physical insurance card, I had a picture of my insurance card but that was not enough so I waited at this point almost 2 hours for literally nothing. worst clinic ever.
