  Absolutely lovely hotel with modern feel while maintaining the historic past of the old building. While our stay was only one night, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Maeve went far out of her way to give a personal tour of some outstanding meeting rooms with unbelievable majestic decor and history. She also gifted my mother a book of Langham history which was a most gracious offering. She was beyond thrilled at the generosity! I would highly recommend dinner in the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The feeling of elegance and relaxation is a pleasant mix. This hotel is certainly one to return to on another trip to Boston!

  Right in the heart of the financial district so it's accessible to a number of the historic attractions around Boston. The room was comfortable with a great bed and comfortable bedding. The staff was always attentive and was more than willing to assist with getting an early morning cab.

  Elegant hotel. We have rented space there to run business events. Outstanding service by the waiters and greeters. Magnificent entry way. Immaculate rest rooms. Central location to Boston's Financial District.

  I love this place! I stayed here twice with my family. I have also been to their chocolate bar. It is definitely worth the money as a once in a lifetime thing! The food served at the langham is great, the facilities are great, and I love the customer service and atmosphere. You can get good deals on these rooms if you look out for them. I wish I could live there!

  The customer service here is simply amazing. Very friendly and outgoing staff from the top down. It's a relatively small staff that cycles through so you get to know the names of the staff members on site. They did a good job of learning our names as well. They were very accommodating to me as well as the other members of my team staying there. They provided (upon request) extra items such as a microwave and mini fridge to make our long stay more comfortable. In addition to the chocolate they provide on your pillow daily they have pretty nice snacks/treats that they place in your room from time to time. It might be a weekly thing, I usually have my do not disturb sign up though so I'm not sure. In the 2 months that I stayed there I had only one issue where I ordered breakfast/room service 10 minutes before the cut off time of 12pm and I wasn't notified until 12:40 that they were no longer making breakfast. I just wish someone had told me sooner so I could still go out for food before having to go to the office. So for that issue I'm going to deduct 1 star. But 4 stars out of me is great.
