  Seriously one of the best places to go. I started out almost 3 years ago as a ClassPasser and ended up going full time. Michelle is tough, but she will work with you to refine and perfect your form, whether it be in the TRX or using kettlebells. Me three years ago compared to now is a total 180. Not only do I enjoy getting my ass kicked by her (from Booty Bootcamp to Abs, Buns & Guns to TRX/Kettlebell Fusion), I've made some amazing friends in class! The classes are super inclusive. Ages range from early 20s to 60s maybe older, amdnit doesn't matter your level. Michelle will modify if you need! For boxing, Joseph is a beast! I usually don't drop sweat but when I leave his classes you can tell I went through the ringer. It's really a one stop shop for cardio and toning, not to mention some self-defense in the MMA classes. I'm a tiny 5'2" girl and he will have us doing drills directly with him. Great workout!Also, Matthew, one of the boxing instructors, is super nice and leads a great class. I recommend The Kickbox Haus to everyone I know!

  Incredible workout, whether boxing or kickboxing. Great diversity and intensity. Instructors are dedicated and engaging.
