  Had the best experience and cut at The Karcher .Great atmosphere, cool staff and Laura's the best!!! I'm very particular and can never find a place I'd want to go back. I finally found one . I highly recommend this salon. Thanks Karcher! A very satisfied customer..

  Super cute salon in Greenpoint. They just moved locations but still very close to the old locations. I’ve been seeing Michael for the past few years and he does a great job. I go to him for my cut and color and couldn’t be happier. I come in from the city so it is a bit of a trek for me but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  I never write reviews, but my experience at Karcher was unprofessional and poor. I went in wanting a trim and a clean up. I've had bad experiences elsewhere, so I'm very careful when allowing new people to take control. Stephanie was my hairdresser and she was cold right off the bat. I was 4 minutes late, but called to say I was on my way. Maybe that irritated her?? In any case, I explained that I'm growing my hair out and that I wanted a clean up and a fresh frame around my face. She offered to remove some weight and when I asked her what that meant, her response was totally off putting. She didn't remove weight, but she cut off a lot of length and it looks like a freaking box cut all the way around. No framing around my face like I asked for. And the only reason we shared decent conversation was because I tried to engage with her. Really tried to make this a good experience for myself. disappointing.

  I hate to be writing this because my color with Avi for only 60 dollars was amazing
