::Well, I started as a teenager. I love Maryann Knottgrasso. She’s the best. I aged out. 3 oldest kids had Knottgrasso since birth. Now, they have Dr. Bryant. Actually a great clinic for kids.

::I called this location to schedule an intake for my newborn infant. I live in the East Baltimore community and figured that there would be a convenience to taking my baby here. I attempted to call and schedule an appointment; however, the electronic operator sent me in circles. Eventually after pushing a bunch of numbers to attempt to get through to a human being, I finally was able to attempt to schedule an intake. The person I spoke to took down all of my personal information required to start my baby’s chart. I was put on hold, and then hung up on. After waiting about 10 minutes, they failed to call me back. So, I called them back and proceeded to try to finish opening his chart and schedule an appointment with a different person. The next person I spoke to had difficult scheduling the appointment and stated that “there was an issue with their scheduling system” and that they would call me back shortly. It’s been several days and I haven’t heard back from them. I had fears going through my mind that if I had a pediatrician here and needed to get ahold of them, I would have difficulty dealing with the electronic operator or one of the people that spoke to me over the phone. I decided that this is not the location for my baby and wanted to try my luck with Mercy Hospitals. I contacted Mercy Hospital’s pediatrics and immediately spoke with a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in newborn infants. Within 5 minutes, I was able to schedule an appointment for my baby. Go Mercy!!!

::All of the nurses and doctors are awesome. Dr.Nilesh.S was the last Doctor we seen and he was pretty cool. We came Friday because my son had a cold. It got worse on Saturday so we brought him to the E.R and we had Dr. Nil again. Dr.Nil and his colleagues did their best in making my baby feel better. Now it’s Monday and my son is feeling way better then he did on Saturday.... thank you all so much for your patience and hard work.

::The person that works at the front desk TINA has a very nasty attitude. Very unprofessional and has a smart mouth as if anything in my child chart concerns her directly. I was looking for a way to report her online and couldn’t find one so I’ll leave it here. Great clinic but have a very nasty worker and she should not be handling patient information

::Incompetent and dishonest staff (at the front desk),especially when it comes to keys. The lady at station three is rude. However the doctors and nurses are great.
