  The Johns family Agency is amazing!! We recently had a flood in our basement and within an hour the restoration company New Crystal restoration was at our house getting stuff done! The Claims process was super smooth and was approved within days and our reimbursement checks were mailed out shortly after!! It took a lot of stress off of us!! For a Homeowners insurance company they are amazing!! Nicole is awesome and she remembers your Birthday!! Lol

  I CANNOT THANK NICOLE ENOUGH FOR EVERYTHING SHE HAS DONE FOR ME, while every other insurance agency quoted me for 350 she got me 250. Nicole I think you are the best agent anyone can think of, so calm, patient and helpful!!!!! Highly RECOMMENDED!!!! You are a very skilled agent that knows what one needs and works in that direction!!!

  I recently got into a car accident near where I work and right away I Called Nicole. Right away she began helping me set up a Car Rental for that day and she nadee sure I was able to get a car like mine. Within a week Dave the adjuster went to look at my car. All the paper work was mailed to me right away. The whole process was easy for me to do and they made sure I was well taken care off. They go above and beyond for u!
