::HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! A year ago I was passing through Nashville and stopped at the museum and had a wonderful time. I decided to get a gift for my wife who was deployed to Qatar with the Army at the time. I ended up purchasing the wrong size. We came back a year later, on our anniversary, and we were very excited to again go to the Johnny Cash museum, both to see and to exchange my gifts to her for the right size, not a refund, an exchange in size, for the same product, ours still had the tags on and everything. But to our dismay the customer service rep at the front desk was quite apathetic and refused, because "It's our policy". We didn't even go through the museum as we planned to we were so disappointed. This is not right and no way to treat your customers.

::An awesome place to visit if you are hardcore Johnny Cash fan like myself. Must see. So many great pieces and things to see. It is a little small but that doesn't take away from the large amount of displays. Really made my visit to Nashville so much more special.

::Good place to spend a little time. Not the largest exhibit but a decent size. Price could be slightly less so look for coupons. Gift shop had a large variety and fair prices. A little on the tight side so go during off-peak hours if you can.

::I'm glad I didn't miss it. My time down town Nashville was very limited and I wanted to see something while I was there. I love all things C&W but the Hall of Fame closed at 5pm. Cash museum is open to 6pm (bingo) and it was an excellent choice too. Lots of pictures, music, videos, Johnny and June's clothing, items from their home, gold records and more. If you like Cash and his music, you will love it and you'll learn a few things about his life you never knew. Tickets are reasonably priced, the staff is wonderful and the coffee shop with attached store top it all off nicely. Thanks gang!

::This place is such a gem. Really great museum, you can get through quickly (or slowly!) with well-done exhibits encompassing the times and Johnny Cash's life. It had me tearing up and reflecting the beautiful, brokenness that is life. Rest in peace Johnny. God bless
