  I had an amazing deep tissue 50 min massage with Ashley. She catered to my needs and explained stretches that would help me improve my hurting areas. I would love to see her again! Thank you!

  I got a groupon for a facial and massage (both 55 mins) for $150, so was excited to try this place out. I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay full price, but for what I paid, I was really impressed. The place itself is honestly a bit dated feeling, but the staff is professional and friendly, and it's clean and quiet. I started my day with a 55 minute swedish massage with Trevor. I told him I'd been dealing with some neck/back/shoulder pain, and he took that to heart. It was honestly a bit painful, but it was EXACTLY what I needed. He focused on getting the knots out and then did a relaxing full-body massage to finish it off. I've felt amazing for 2 days now. My facial was also great. My face feels like a baby angel's bum. Would definitely go here again, if I could get another groupon!

  For the crazy price paid for service, it wasn't THAT great. I admit the massage therapist and massage itself was actually GREAT. however overall facility and rest of the staff were just ok. Front desk people didn't even know how to use the online appt booking system and stated they never used it and don't know how to? so how do they give people help on booking appts online? they can't. Maybe they should be trained better or at least want to know how to help customers better... also there is no way to request certain therapist online so i have to call every time. Front desk people weren't particularly friendly either they are the FACE of the spa where service is key and they are just not the right people to greet and take care of customers. Also when they brought me back to the locker room, they didn't even show me or explain the spa, steam room facilities and i have to ask other customers about them? also no locker room opening/ locking instructions on the locker doors? isn't it simple operations? many customers were locked out and had no clue how to use the spa lockers. waiting lounge is tiny..... people have to stand or are sitting on top of each other waiting for appts.... very strange. Again, for the PRICE, i think the overall service and operations can improve. I guess i expected too much!
