I brought my vintage Motobecane to this location for a basic tune-up. There were no problems with my bike when I dropped it off at the shop. A few days later they called me to inform that both of my hubs broke when the went to remove the parts from my wheels. I came into the store to speak with the mechanics. I thought it unlikely that BOTH hubs would break at the same time, but the mechanics insisted this was not their fault. They insisted that it was mine. They did not offer any compromise on price for repair or replacement of the parts they broke. I suspect that the mechanics they had working on my bike do not know how to handle a vintage made machine. They were also sloppy in the information they provided me about the details of my bike. For instance, they said I needed a 27x1.00 in bike wheel set, when in fact I need 27x1-1/4 inch wheel set. For mechanics, they should be more precise and detail-oriented.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of gear, and just went in needing air for my tires and they were gracious and kind. Two big thumbs up.

I had a great experience buying a bike here. The staff was very friendly and incredibly thorough. They spent time talking with me about what I really wanted the bike for, helped me test ride a number of models and even suggested that I think on it a bit try more later, not a hard sell at all.
