  My mother was rushed to Sierra by paramedics although I requested another hospital. I was surprised to find the best emergency room staff compared to every other hospital that my mother had visited. The bedside manner of every member of the staff was incredible! The emergency doctors actually took the time to listen and ask pertinent questions. I will no longer ask for any other hospital.

  I have visited this hospital many times (unfortunately) due to the health of my aging family. The emergency room services provided by the nursing crew and doctors has always been impeccable. My sister was rushed by ambulance and greeted to what seemed the entire team of nurses on shift. They all worked very quickly, respectfully, and calmly in this very scary time. I wanted to commend the charge nurse Alexandra and my sister's nurse, Brittney, for their attentiveness and patience provided to my sister and our family during this visit. Alexandra was very helpful in explaining the process of being admitted and asking if we needed anything. Brittney took the time to explain why my sister had to be on a breathing machine, explained what her diagnosis was, what medications were being placed into her IV and why. The whole team of ER nurses though definitely proved their knowledge and work ethic. If I have the choice, I will always go to Sierra! Thank you ER team of nurses and all doctors we came in contact with :-)

  Two times I had been there. The first time I was very pleased with the quality of work. But then the second time I called first. I want to say the staff need to learn what HIPPA is! They “place you on hold” but you are actually listening other patients information from their address to why are they there, everything. I pointed that out to them and they were very rude. Or they need new phones or teach them what HIPPA means! You go in to the emergency room the window to sign in, you can clearly read the I’d info., and anything that is there.

  I gave birth here March 4th, 2018. I had twin boys, vaginally. The nurses in labor and delivery were incredible, and made sure I felt cared for through every step of the way. Postpartum, the nurses were extremely attentive and always made sure I was comfortable.

  We had a tough Christmas this year. My father-in-law passed away that day. Yes, it was hard, but lucky we received some of the best service from an amazing nurse at Sierra Medical. If I wrote her name down, I definitely would have given her a big compliment on the hospital website. “Sierra Medical”this woman is truly amazing and needs some recognition.
