  Just tried The Hook for the first time. From the first phone call (and call back) from one of the trainers (Lauren) to the welcoming atmosphere that was created by the owner, Madeline, to the helpful attitude of the trainer of the class (Jenna), it was a great experience. I am a fitness instructor of 27 years, looking for somewhere/something different and challenging but, still functional and fun. I have only taken one class so far but, it was really great. I am not impressed easily (especially when it come to fitness) but, I can honestly say that I was "pleasantly" surprised. The class was just what I was looking for... excited to try the others... MORE to come... Wait for it!

  I love this place! The workouts are intense and the coaches are helpful, nice, and funny. This is a great boxing studio that offers fun and effective workouts for all ages.

  My favorite thing about this studio is the atmosphere. It's hard to describe but it just feels good to be there. The workouts are challenging for every fitness level, but not too hard. You leave feeling like you've gotten a great workout and can accomplish anything you put your mind to.

  The Hook is a unique women-focused workout experience. The ladies who greet guests when they arrive and lead classes, Jenny, Madeline, and Lauren are friendly and helpful - even at 4:50 am! All of the ladies I’ve met in class were positive and encouraging of one another. Everyone is happy to be there, and there is Never a hint of judgment.. Exercise levels are moderated to facilitate each lady’s success. I KNOW that I’m in the right place to meet my fitness objectives. TRY IT! It’s different than anywhere you’ve been, and you will love it.
