::I happened to check out my items through self check out thinking that the process was going to be easy. However, i had such a horrendous experience. My wife and i had about nine items which came out to be around $230. The cashier who was at the self check out at the time approached us since we had a big item. I was under the impression that she was going to scan the bulky item to make the process simple for us. However, she was more preoccupied in making sure that we scanned all the items that we purchased. She grabbed couple of bags from us and went back to her register. She counted all the items and scanned the same item that we already scanned demanding us that we forgot to scan one particular item. I looked at the monitor and pointed out that the item was already scannned by us. The cashier made me question my integrity. I asked her to cancel the order and we will use the old school way of checking out our items. Home depot either needs to come up with a different game plan. If you dont trust your customers then please don't bother to spend your time and resources on self check out registers. Otherwise, please come up with a better plan if you guys plan to continue to keep the self check out register for your customers. I was very offended and the cashier made me question my integrity. I've have been to plenty out of other stores with self check out register. This is my first time a cashier approach us and count all our items to make sure that we were not stealing. Bad customer service. But its sad that this is the only home depot thats located right next door to my house.

::We couldn't have asked for better service! My husband and I were buying a (low end) grill and none were boxed. Roy and another employee helped us search the shelves to try to find one in the box. Roy located a boxed grill in another store that was further than we wanted to go. We have a small car so the grill we bought needed to be disassembled to get it home. We had two salespeople, Rich (particularly) and ?Devon, helping us in this effort the whole time, including supplying tools from off the shelf to get the job done. They also helped my husband get the grill into the back of the car. What a great experience at Home Depot! Who knew?! Wow!

There was a time I asked one of them: Does your supervisor know about the team he has here? She just smiled and continued helping, as if she were used to listen to my talk...

::The store was a little confusing since I don't go often. But, the staff was polite, knowledgeable, and excited to help. Also, there is ample parking.
