  Good place to find any home repair/improvement stiff. Have found most of what I have needed for basic home fixes. Staff is usually knowledgeable about the department they work in or will find someone who can help.

  Wasted an hour of my time here to no avail. Decided to give my business to a different company after standing at the customer service line for 10 minutes with a fully staffed desk chatting about their plans for the weekend. Love the service. Should change the sign to gossip corner.

  I went to Home Depot needing a couple of items to fix a device I use all of the time. You know how it is, things need looked after to keep them in good working order. I am not familiar enough with the layout of Home Depot so I asked for assistance. An employee of Home Depot took his time, away from his own department, to walk me around to everything I was needing. That saved me a lot of time and aggravation. I knew that he valued me as a customer and more importantly as a person. The genuineness,. care and knowledge of the customer service at Home Depot is very impressive. Two Thumbs Up for Home Depot!!!
