  Never had a problem with it, never had a wow moment with it. It is what you expect a large home depot to be.

  Hard to find things, very little staff. But they do have just about everything.

  Good location, lots of parking, good prices. Helpfulness of staff varies from person to person. Like retail in general, there appears to be a lot of turnover so the recently trained staff are less helpful. I get a lot of "I don't knows" sometimes and some "how much does this cost?" "Um, _you_ work here. _You_ tell _me_ how much it costs. I get wooden planks cut there sometimes. One time, the staff member didn't wear her goggles or gloves. She actually said "I think this is the button..." That is an accident just waiting to happen. Good store, overall.

  As far as my experience, it was quick in quick out on returns. The customer service representative was pleasant to conversate with.
