  The staff is usually very knowledgeable about where things are, they have specialists in different departments who can help you with ideas for a DIY project, and if they're not sure they will find someone who can help you.

  LOVE THIS STORE! Great employees, always helpful. Great prices. I go at least once a week for my many projects I do at home and for work.

  Spent 2 hours here just to get a dryer because the manager doesn't know what he was doing. The sales lady who helped us was very helpful though.

  I'd give 0 stars if I could. The women at the computers by lumber would rather be on their phones than help a customer. Then I had not one, not two, but THREE employees ignore me when I asked for help. Waited for over 20 minutes for a "lumber guy" to come help me. They tried calling for him over the intercom 3 times but said "lumber guy" never showed. I get that they get busy. And I dont mind waiting. But the blatant disrespect shown by the employees here was ridiculous.

  Ordered a toilet online and shipped to store. Worst part was the front employee calling 3 or 4 times for a loader to help lift this thing in my truck bed. I don't mind waiting, comes with the territory. The loader was nice. The toilet perfect. Nice store.
