  We all need to frequent Ace more often. You know. The Depot ain't the same as it was. They pay employees minimum wage now. Experts were regular back in 1991. Now you ask a stocker who replies, "I don't know."

  Some of the hardest working people in the business. I deal with Pro Service's because of our business requirements. Mark and his team are serious when it comes to taking care of your business. They are always enjoyable to work with, determined to help you as much as possible, willing to make a fresh pot of coffee anytime. If you're a contractor and you use this store, and deal with Pro Services, you made a good choice. If you're a contractor, and you have not used the Lemmon Avenue store, you need to stop in and talk to Mark. Tell him Don Ford recommended him.

  Do not order from this company if you want to have even reasonable customer service. I bought my appliances because they guaranteed Saturday delivery. I called twice Friday and they still guaranteed Saturday but could not give me a time. Saturday rolls around and that morning they still guaranteed that day but could not give me a time. Same story in the afternoon. Finally, Saturday evening, they let me know they would not be delivering and couldn't tell me when they could until Monday. Monday they told me that my guaranteed delivery was going to be a full week late. They continue to blame a third party delivery service who apparently, as their boss, they cannot even request anything from. Now, they are giving me a 14 hour window on when it could come and yet again taking a full day from me. Their prices aren't any cheaper than anywhere else and if you find someone who actually can answer a question for you they they do not care enough to actually help you.

  Very well stocked. Nice late hours(10pm all nights except Sunday(8 pm )) for those last second needs. Friendly, helpful staff. As Home Depots go this one seems like your run of the mill location. It's going to be very hit or miss with the quality and knowledge of help you receive from different employees. That's to be expected anywhere, though, maybe especially at a diy type store where there is so much knowledge to be ingested. Much better compared to Lowe's where you have to search for an employee. I swear they're hiding from you there. This home depot tends to be really great about returns here as long as you have a receipt or the card you made the purchase on.
