::They are open at 5 am and that is great considering I'm working just down the street on Hollywood at 6:45. They are not as stocked on some tool stuff but the essentials are ready to go. The selection of tools could be better displayed but the variety makes up for that. The major brands are there ready to jump into your cart.

::Bud is amazing!! He always helps me get my wood cut to the exact measurements I need! In fact we had to drive from the Washington store to the one on Sunset just to get someone to help us cut our wood. Plus they are so patient with me and the kids. 😄

::Bad customer service. I stepped in to buy hot cold water dispenser and ask for help because I don't know about it. The guy came to me and ask what do you want. I replied I need hot cold water dispenser. He didn't know what it means until I pointed to those on the shelf. I ask the details and he pointed to $107 machine that " this is only cold water". There was another employee walked by and hear the conversation, then, another guy said "all of these are hot cold water dispenser." He asked what I want to buy. I said I don't know please recommend me. He looked at me make me feel like an idiot person. He doesn't seem willing to help me. I told him that you make me feel like I am stupid. He never say something like I am sorry or anything to make me feel good at all. I don't know what I did wrong but I walked out with nothing to buy. This massage for the manager team to consider. Thank you.

::Can I just say how thankful I am for Joe and Patty. I ordered tiles online for an in-store pick up and it was so quick and so efficient that I know for a fact that I'll be back.
