  All these big box stores have similar issues, and this one is no different. That said, in my experience everyone who works there has been helpful and pleasant, they've got everything you need for basic home repair and necessities and the prices are reasonable for most items. I just wish they'd take better care of their live plants. It's like a graveyard of wilting, thirsty sadness, and I often have to avert my eyes as I walk by.

  Self checkout is the best.. I lost my receipt & they took back the open items with no problem.. The employees r soooo sweet n helpful...

  They are reliable and there attention to detail is impeccable. I totally recommend them. And the protect everything.

  I come here a lot as the location is awesome. Excellent service, staff so friendly and always willing to help. Great products and prices.

  I think that every home depot outside of NYC is way better than anything NYC. Normally the people who work there are either tired or don't care much but that's the stress of living in this city. Aside from that, It's a nice sized home depot. Definitely got a lot of things that i needed. Been here multiple time and also good for PARKING !! Overall experience good when not packed.
